Renovate America Signs Lease for San Diego Headquarters

San Diego – February 24, 2017 – Cooley advised Renovate America on a seven-year office lease at Rancho Vista Corporate Center in the Rancho Bernardo community of San Diego. The company plans to relocate its headquarters to the 160,000-square-foot space in September.

According to the San Diego Business Journal, the lease is one of the city’s largest by square footage in the past year.

Renovate America offers a tech-enabled market platform for home improvement and commercial retrofits that empowers communities to modernize and make their housing stock more efficient while giving small businesses the tools they need to grow.
