Frontline Education Sells to Thoma Bravo

Boston – August 25, 2017 – Cooley advised Frontline Education, an education technology company, on its sale to Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity investment firm.

The businesses acquired by Frontline Education have been similarly mission-driven to improve outcomes in K-12 education.

Frontline Education’s products are used by approximately 12,000 K-12 educational organizations and approximately 77,000 schools.
