Zeiss Acquires Veracity Innovations

Los Angeles – September 1, 2017 – Cooley advised Carl Zeiss Meditec, Inc., on its acquisition of Veracity Innovations, a medical software company creating cloud solutions for eye doctors. Ray LaSoya led the Cooley team advising Zeiss.
