BTI Honors Five Cooley Partners for Superior Client Service
Palo Alto – March 29, 2018 – BTI Consulting Group named Matthew D. Brown, Bill Donovan, Laura Grossfield Birger, Carol Laherty and Stephen Smith to its 2018 Client Service All-Stars list. The publication also highlighted Donovan as a Client Service MVP for being listed for two consecutive years.
The annual list recognizes elite lawyers who have mastered the art of superior client service, based on data drawn from 350 one-on-one interviews with general counsel and their direct reports at large and Fortune 1000 companies. Corporate counsel single out each attorney – by name and in an unprompted manner – as delivering the absolute best client service. In December, BTI ranked Cooley top five on its Client Service A-Team 30 report, reinforcing the firm’s ability to provide the most value for the dollar.
