Venrock Leads $15 Million Series A for Percipient.ai
New York – April 9, 2018 – Cooley advised Venrock on leading Percipient.ai’s recent $14.7 million Series A funding round. Partner Bo Yaghmaie headed the Cooley team advising Venrock.

As part of the transaction, Beim will join Percipient.ai's board. Based in Silicon Valley, Percipient.ai is an advanced analytics product company focused on delivering artificial intelligence products and services to solve the most pressing intelligence and national security missions.
