Vivace Therapeutics Raises $35 Million Series D
Palo Alto – March 12, 2025 – Cooley advised Vivace Therapeutics, a small molecule discovery and development company developing first-in-class cancer therapies targeting the Hippo pathway, on its $35 million Series D financing. Existing investor RA Capital Management led the round, with participation from other existing investors Canaan Partners and Cenova Capital.
Lawyers Danielle Naftulin, Cameron Hajialiakbar and Jasmine Hsu led the Cooley team advising Vivace, with support from partners Scott McCall and Annie Froehlich.
Cooley has advised Vivace since its formation, including on its Series A and Series B financings, as well as a spinout.
