Partner Sale Kwon led the Cooley team advising Rembrand, a top in-scene media and virtual product placement platform that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to seamlessly integrate brands into video content – providing a nonintrusive, engaging advertising experience for viewers while delivering increased brand awareness and improved engagement for advertisers.

Cooley advised SiteOne Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company developing selective ion channel modulators for the treatment of pain, cough and other conditions, on its $100 million Series C financing.

Cooley advised Vanilla, an award-winning estate planning software company, on its $35 million Series B-1 financing. Lawyers Sale Kwon, Kevin Gibson and Rachel Robichaux led the Cooley team advising Vanilla.
