Cooley advised VISEN Pharmaceuticals, a late-stage, near-commercialization biopharmaceutical company focused on providing treatments for select endocrine diseases in Greater China (including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), on its HK$783 million (approximately US$101 million) initial public offering (IPO) on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, subject to the exercise of a 15% overallotment option.

Cooley advised Redacted RnD, a company founded by Brooklyn Earick with a focus on technology, sports, and media and entertainment, on its acquisition of the Maserati Formula E team.

Cooley advised the underwriters of Aardvark Therapeutics, a phase 3 biotech company developing novel small-molecule therapies for metabolic diseases, in connection with Aardvark’s $94.2 million initial public offering (IPO).

Cooley represented Beijing Tiannuo Jiancheng Pharmaceutical Technology, a joint venture of a subsidiary of InnoCare Pharma (HKEX: 09969; SSE: 688428) and a subsidiary of KeyMed Biosciences (HKEX: 02162), in connection with a joint exclusive license agreement with Prolium Bioscience for the development and commercialization of ICP-B02 (CM355), a CD20xCD3 bispecific antibody.

Cooley advised Inmagene Biopharmaceuticals, a privately held, global clinical-stage biotechnology company developing novel therapeutics for immunological and inflammatory diseases, on its definitive merger agreement with Ikena Oncology (Nasdaq: IKNA).
