Hardy Zhou

Hardy advises clients on structuring and tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border business transactions – including fund formation, venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and capital market transactions. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, advising nonprofit organizations. Before moving to New York in 2021, he spent eight years at a global law firm’s China office, where he advised US multinational clients operating and investing in China on a wide range of Chinese and international tax issues.
