Drata Announces Acquisition of SafeBase

San Deigo – February 10, 2025 – Cooley advised Drata, a trust management platform, on its definitive agreement to acquire SafeBase, a trust center platform designed for friction-free security reviews. The acquisition is expected to close later in February.

Lawyers Rama Padmanabhan, Ken Rollins, Jenny Ge and Dylan Kornbluth led the Cooley team advising Drata.

Cooley previously advised Drata on its $200 million Series C in December 2022 and $100 million Series B in November 2021, which earned the company unicorn status.
