Sharon is an associate in Cooley’s labor & employment practice group in the firm’s New York office.
Sharon represents and counsels clients on a broad range of employment-related issues, including hiring, terminations and workforce reductions, enforceability of restrictive covenants, wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, union matters, employment-related policies and procedures, and discrimination and harassment matters, among other areas. She has extensive experience representing clients on all aspects of labor and employment matters in connection with complex domestic and cross-border transactions. Sharon also has in-depth understanding of negotiating and drafting various employment, separation, and restrictive covenant agreements.
