Cooley advised Delphix, a vendor of test data management software, on its acquisition by Perforce, a provider of solutions to enterprise teams requiring productivity, visibility and scale along the development life cycle.

Cooley advised Affable Technologies, an artificial intelligence-based influencer marketing platform, on the sale of its affable.ai platform to Bazaarvoice, a leading provider of full-funnel authentic user-generated content solutions.

Cooley advised Bridge to Life, an organ preservation and perfusion technologies supplier, on its sale of certain assets – including its EVOSS heart and lung and LifeCradle heart perfusion assets – to TransMedics.
