Cooley advised Hummingbird Bioscience, a Singapore-based biotherapeutics company working at the interface of artificial intelligence and human innovation to discover and develop transformative medicines for hard-to-treat diseases, on its exclusive worldwide license agreement with Callio Therapeutics, a newly launched biotech company focused on realizing the promise of multipayload antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) to improve cancer therapy.

Cooley advised KPay Group, a one-stop financial management and business operations platform, on the completion of its first institutional funding round at $55 million.

Cooley advised ChrysCapital, a top India-focused private equity firm, on the close of its oversubscribed $700 million continuation fund and general partner-led secondary transaction to purchase and sell its stake in the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) with two of the world’s leading secondary fund investors. The landmark transaction is the largest of its kind in India and ranks among the largest in the Asia-Pacific region.

Cooley advised 2C2P, a global payments platform, on its strategic partnership with Ant Group, an innovative technology provider that strives to bring the world inclusive, green and sustainable services. Lawyers Matthew Bartus and Gwenlynne Lee led the Cooley team advising 2C2P.

Cooley advised Next Gen Foods, a food-tech startup developing and commercializing innovative and sustainable plant-based food products, on its $100 million Series A funding, which is the largest Series A to date for a plant-based meat company.
