Cooley advised MindWorks Capital, a Hong Kong-headquartered next-generation venture capital manager, on the closing of its fourth pan-Asia venture capital fund, MindWorks Ventures Fund IV.

Cooley advised ChrysCapital, a top India-focused private equity firm, on the close of its oversubscribed $700 million continuation fund and general partner-led secondary transaction to purchase and sell its stake in the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) with two of the world’s leading secondary fund investors. The landmark transaction is the largest of its kind in India and ranks among the largest in the Asia-Pacific region.

Cooley advised HighLight Capital (HLC) on the close of its flagship HLC USD Fund IV at approximately $550 million.

Cooley advised Qiming Venture Partners USA (Qiming US), a leading US healthcare investment firm, on the closing of its third fund, raising $260 million in an oversubscribed fundraise with strong support from new and existing investors. Lawyers Jordan Silber and Elizabeth Reese led the Cooley team advising Qiming US.

Shanghai – March 25, 2022 – Cooley advised NIO Capital, a leading Chinese investment firm focused on decarbonization and digitalization, on the approximately $400 million closing of its flagship fund, Eve ONE Fund II.
