Cooley advised MindWorks Capital, a Hong Kong-headquartered next-generation venture capital manager, on the closing of its fourth pan-Asia venture capital fund, MindWorks Ventures Fund IV.

Shanghai – March 25, 2022 – Cooley advised NIO Capital, a leading Chinese investment firm focused on decarbonization and digitalization, on the approximately $400 million closing of its flagship fund, Eve ONE Fund II. Lawyers Pang Lee, Jingyi Xu, Joyce Wang and Sheryl Dai led the Cooley team advising NIO Capital.

Cooley advised Vision Ridge, an alternative asset manager focused on sustainable real assets, on the closing of its third sustainable asset fund at $1.25 billion. Initially targeted at $1 billion of commitments, Sustainable Asset Fund III drew interest beyond the $1.25 billion hard cap. Partners Aaron Velli and Luke Bagley led the Cooley team advising Vision Ridge.
