Cooley advised DataStax, an artificial intelligence (AI) and data solution provider, on its acquisition by IBM (NYSE: IBM), a provider of global hybrid cloud and AI solutions and consulting expertise.

Cooley advised Delphix, a vendor of test data management software, on its acquisition by Perforce, a provider of solutions to enterprise teams requiring productivity, visibility and scale along the development life cycle.

Cooley advised CallTower, an international leader in delivering cloud-based, enterprise-class communications, contact center and collaboration solutions, on its investment from BV Investment Partners.

Cooley advised Sprout Social, a social media management software company, on its $140 million acquisition of Tagger Media, a top influencer marketing platform, and a concurrent $100 million secured debt facility, which will be partially used to fund the acquisition.

Cooley advised Moogsoft, an artificial intelligence-driven provider of intelligent monitoring solutions that support DevOps and ITOps, on its agreement to sell to Dell Technologies. Lawyers Steve Tonsfeldt, Mark Tanoury, Sangitha Palaniappa and Allison Peth led the Cooley team advising Moogsoft.
