Cooley advised Absolute Software Corporation on its $69 million initial public offering of 6,272,727 shares of common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Absolute Software, whose securities now trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ABST, also trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the same symbol. Absolute Software is an American/Canadian company that specializes in endpoint security and data risk management. Partners John McKenna and Jon Avina led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised Snowflake on its $3.9 billion initial public offering of 32,200,000 Class A shares of common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Snowflake, whose securities now trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “SNOW,” is a cloud software company pioneering the data cloud, an ecosystem where customers, partners and data providers can break down data silos and derive value from rapidly growing data sets in secure, governed and compliant ways. Partners Mark Tanoury, Jon Avina and Seth Gottlieb led the Cooley team.

Cooley advised Pulmonx on its $218.5 million initial public offering of 11,500,000 shares of common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Partners Mark Weeks and Seth Gottlieb led the Cooley team advising Pulmonx, a commercial-stage medical technology company that provides a minimally invasive treatment for patients with severe emphysema.
