Rubrik issued and sold 23,500,000 shares of Class A common stock priced at $32 per share, with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase up to 3,525,000 additional shares of Class A common stock.

Cooley advised Instacart, the leading grocery technology company in North America, on its $660 million initial public offering.

Cooley advised Confluent on its $828 million initial public offering of 23,000,000 shares of Class A common stock. Confluent trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol CFLT. Confluent has developed a new category of data infrastructure focused on data in motion, and its cloud-native platform is designed to be the intelligent connective tissue enabling real-time data from multiple sources to constantly stream across the organization.
