Karun focuses his practice on labor and employment matters. He regularly advises on workforce-related aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements, and preparation of employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and retention agreements. Karun also provides strategic counsel on all matters related to managing employment relationships, including employee hiring, onboarding, worker classification, wage-and-hour compliance, employee leave compliance, preparation of employment policies, preparation and enforcement of non-disclosure, non-compete and non-solicit agreements, disciplinary actions, reductions in force and employee terminations.
