Alice is currently in the third seat of her training contract, sitting with the compensation & benefits team. She works with a range of public and private companies to assist with their employee incentive arrangements. Alice completed her second seat in the products group and the commercial litigation practice, where she worked with a wide array of companies – including tech startups and multinational corporations – to ensure their compliance with the existing product compliance regime. She also assisted clients with consumer claims and other ongoing litigation matters. Alice completed her first seat in the capital markets practice, where she assisted on initial public offerings and other equity offerings.
