Boston – October 31, 2024 – Cooley advised Battery Ventures, a global, technology-focused investment firm, and PageUp Group, a human resources and talent software company, on the sale of PageUp to EQT Group.
Lawyers Alfred Browne, Heather Harrington and David Silverman led the Cooley team advising Battery and PageUp, which Battery had majority owned.
Cooley previously advised Battery on its initial investment in PageUp in January 2018.
