Cooley advised RTZ Systems, an information technology and services company, on its acquisition by CollabriOS Health, a new entity formed by Assured Healthcare Partners that brings together a suite of integrated technology infrastructure, including electronic health records, third-party administrator financial services, and care coordination solutions designed to help Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) optimize workflows, streamline business processes and enhance overall center operations.

Cooley advised Expert Institute (EI), a provider of outsourced legal services to the attorney market, on its acquisition by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm, from Spectrum Equity, a growth equity firm that provides capital and strategic support to innovative companies in the information economy, in partnership with management.

Cooley advised GeBBS Healthcare Solutions, a global provider of healthcare outsourcing solutions, and ChrysCapital, a top India-focused private equity firm, on the agreement for BPEA Private Equity Fund VIII (EQT Private Capital Asia) to acquire a controlling beneficial interest in GeBBS from ChrysCapital.
