About Rishab
Rishab’s practice encompasses a wide range of complex business transactions, with an emphasis on M&A, strategic investments, private equity transactions, and related corporate and securities law matters. He also advises high-growth technology companies, founders, and venture capital and growth equity funds on private financings and other strategic transactions.
Rishab has practiced in India, London, New York, Hong Kong and Silicon Valley, and has extensive cross-border experience advising clients on foreign investment transactions in India and Southeast Asia.

- Absolute Software (NASDAQ: ABST) in its sale to Crosspoint Capital
- Delphix in its sale to Perforce
- Freshworks (NASDAQ: FRSH) in its acquisition of Device 42
- ChrysCapital in several M&A and strategic transactions
- BPEA EQT in several M&A and strategic transactions
- Cytek Biosciences (NASDAQ: CTKB) in connection with M&A and strategic transactions
- SiTime Corp (NASDAQ: SITM) in connection with M&A and strategic transactions
- NeoPhotonics (NYSE: NPTN) in its agreement to sell to Lumentum
- Tilray (NASDAQ: TLRY) in its merger of equals combination with Aphria
- TiVo (NASDAQ: TIVO) in its merger of equals combination with Xperi
- Mindbody (NASDAQ: MB) in its sale to Vista Equity Partners
Rishab is a member of the American Bar Association, and he helps author the ABA’s Private Target Mergers & Acquisitions Deal Points Study. While attending Columbia Law School, he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
