Cooley advised BowX Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company or SPAC, on its agreement to merge with WeWork for $9 billion – a combination that will result in WeWork becoming a publicly listed company. Cooley advised IronNet on its agreement to combine with LGL Systems Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company or SPAC - a transaction with an equity value of $874 million.
