Cooley advised Capitalize, the first platform to help consumers and financial institutions digitally find and transfer retirement assets, on its $19 million Series B financing led by RRE Ventures. The round included participation from existing Capitalize investors, including Canapi Ventures and Bling Capital, and new investors, including Industry Ventures. Sacha Ross, Roy Moran, Alex Abelson, Zoe Egelman, and Harriet Fraser led the Cooley team advising Capitalize.

Cooley advised Educapital, a European impact VC fund backing tech entrepreneurs shaping the future of education and work, in the $11 million Series A financing of Female Invest. Partner Tamim Bazzi led the Cooley team advising Educapital.
