About Zoe

Zoë advises emerging growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle and in connection with a broad range of corporate events, including company formation, capital-raising activities, public offerings, acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Zoë also provides counsel on day-to-day corporate governance and represents venture capital investors in financing transactions.

Prior to joining Cooley, Zoë was an associate in the corporate group at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York, and served as a law clerk for Senior US Circuit Judge Harry T. Edwards of the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

During law school, Zoë was a managing editor and executive editor of the Harvard International Law Journal, and a research assistant to professors Hal Scott and Anna Gelpern. She also participated in the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic and the Harvard Immigration Project.
