ICS Learn Sold to Skill & You

London – March 30, 2022 – Cooley advised the shareholders of ICS Learn, an online professional education platform owned by private equity firm Primary Capital Partners, on the platform’s sale to vocational e-learning provider Skill & You, a portfolio company of private equity firm IK Partners. Private equity partner Stephen Rosen led the Cooley team advising the shareholders of ICS Learn.
