Atlas Receives Strategic Investment From Sixth Street Growth

Chicago – September 19, 2022 – Cooley advised Atlas, an industry leader in employer of record (EOR) solutions and technology, on its strategic equity investment from global investment firm Sixth Street Growth. Lawyers Gregory Grossman and Briana Yesilli led the Cooley team advising Atlas.

The investment of up to $200 million will further enhance the Atlas technology platform, offering more user flexibility through additional self-service and automation features. The funds also will support software localization and real-time, in-region customer service support.
