Briana is an associate in our corporate practice group and her focus centers largely around the representation of privately held emerging and high growth companies, as well as venture capital, private equity funds, family offices and corporate venture groups that invest in those companies. Her work with companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, including strategic decisions and coaching prior to incorporation, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
