Welsbach Technology Metals Acquisition Corp. Announces Business Combination With WaveTech Group
Singapore/New York – November 2, 2022 – Cooley advised Welsbach Technology Metals Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, on its definitive merger agreement for a proposed business combination with WaveTech Group, a company specializing in next-generation battery-enhancing technologies. Lawyers Tim Pitrelli, David Silverman, Steven Holm and Hannah Loo led the Cooley team advising Welsbach Technology Metals Acquisition.
As a result of the transaction, the combined company is expected to be renamed WaveTech Group and remain listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market under the proposed ticker symbol WTG.
