General Catalyst and Spark Capital Co-Lead Adept’s $350 Million Series B

San Francisco – March 16, 2023 – Cooley advised venture capital firms General Catalyst and Spark Capital as co-leads in Adept’s $350 million Series B financing. Lawyers Harley Brown, Sarah O’Gorman and Steph McFarland led the Cooley team.

Adept is an artificial intelligence research and product lab that aims to build automating software processes for developers. Adept will use the Series B funding to launch its initial artificial intelligence products, train models and expand talent.
