Gardens Announces $31.3 Million Series A

Santa Monica – July 11, 2023 – Cooley advised video game studio Gardens Interactive on its $31.3 million Series A funding. Lightspeed Venture Partners and Krafton co-led the round with participation from Dreamhaven, TIRTA, Rendered VC, Stephen “Slim” Lim, Nate Mitchell, Annie and Jeff Strain, Seth Sivak, V Pappas, Julien Merceron, and Craig Kallman, among others.

Lawyers Nick Hobson, Sean O’Neill and James Reizman led the Cooley team advising Gardens.
