Nick concentrates his practice in the representation of emerging growth companies at all stages and the investors that finance these companies. In addition to providing strategic counseling to his clients, his practice encompasses venture capital and private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, debt financings, equity compensation matters and corporate governance.
