Titan Flood Receives Strategic Investment From K2 Insurance Services
Seattle – September 28, 2023 – Cooley advised Titan Flood, an artificial intelligence-based, next-generation cloud native platform providing residential flood insurance, on its strategic investment from K2 Insurance Services, a Warburg Pincus portfolio company. Partner John Robertson led the Cooley team advising Titan Flood.
K2 has agreed to make an equity investment in Titan Flood and will oversee its long-term strategy through participation on its board of directors. Titan Flood will leverage K2’s industry-leading, managing general agent (MGA) platform capabilities – including technology, analytics, regulatory and compliance, and (re)insurance carrier relationships.
