Sword Health Raises $130 Million in a Mix of Primary and Secondary Sales

Reston – June 4, 2024 – Cooley advised Sword Health, pioneer of the AI Care platform, which uses artificial intelligence to power the delivery of care, on its raise of $130 million in a mix of primary and secondary sales. The financing round brings Sword’s valuation to $3 billion. Sword also introduced Phoenix, the only AI solution that enables independent and clinical-grade delivery of care to patients anywhere, anytime.

Partners Matthew Schwee, Mark Weeks and Courtney Thorne, along with associates William DuVal and Jayne Munger, led the Cooley team advising Sword.
