Tenable to Acquire Eureka Security

June 6, 2024

New York – June 6, 2024 – Cooley advised Tenable Holdings, the exposure management company, on its definitive agreement to acquire Eureka Security, a provider of data security posture management (DSPM) for cloud environments. The acquisition is expected to close in June 2024 and will allow Tenable to help customers identify key evidence related to cloud data risk, including where sensitive data resides in the cloud, who has access to that data and the severity of the risk posed by potential data compromise.

Partner Bill Roegge led the Cooley team advising Tenable.

Cooley previously advised Tenable on its acquisition of Ermetic in September 2023, acquisition of Bit Discovery in June 2022, $425 million debt financing in July 2021, acquisition of Indegy in July 2020 and $288 million initial public offering in August 2018.
