Cooley Vice Chair Mike Lincoln and Global Cyber/Data/Privacy Co-Chair Travis LeBlanc were included in the annual guide.

This year marks LeBlanc’s debut appearance as a Tech Titan. Lincoln’s inclusion marks the eighth time the publication has recognized him.
