Rhino.ai Announces $50 Million Series A

Reston – January 21, 2025 – Cooley represented Rhino.ai, an artificial intelligence-powered enterprise platform, in its $50 million Series A preferred stock financing. The financing was led by Koch Disruptive Technologies, Koch’s venture capital group.

Lawyers Mike Lincoln, Kevin Milgram, Sarah Howard and Emily Mok led the Cooley team advising Rhino.ai.
