About Aaron
Aaron is an experienced land use planner who performs due diligence and navigates applicable planning, zoning and permitting processes to help clients develop and execute informed real estate decisions. He has worked on a range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, warehouse and distribution projects of varying size and cost. Aaron has experience representing clients in Northern Virginia and in the Carolinas, and he previously worked for the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors and in local planning departments in North Carolina and Arizona. His work in public service has enabled him to cultivate insight into perspectives from both sides of the table when working with local governments, as well as a deep understanding of the zoning and permitting processes.
Aaron serves on the Fredericksburg Area Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee and the City of Fredericksburg Pathways Committee. He’s also active in the American Planning Association’s Virginia chapter of the Young Planners Group.
