Aditi Asthana

Aditi’s practice focuses on complex business litigation in federal and state courts, with a special focus on technology law. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.

During law school, Aditi externed for Judge Edward Davila of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. She served on the moot court board and as a student coach. Along with her teammates, she won the American Bar Association’s National Appellate Advocacy Competition at the regional and national levels in 2022. Aditi also served as vice president of the South Asian Law Student Association, the Women’s Law Society and the National Lawyers Guild.
