About Adrienne
Adrienne focuses her practice on commercial real estate law and complex real estate transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, office, industrial, data center and retail leasing, and financing and investment matters.
Adrienne has extensive experience representing:
- Landlords and tenants in leases of office, industrial, and retail properties across the US
- Users, operators and investors with respect to the development, leasing, co-location, and operation of data centers
- Borrowers and lenders in loan transactions
- Institutional investors, developers, and companies in connection with their local and national real estate investments, including the acquisition and disposition of assets, financing of properties, and representation of investors in connection with joint venture agreements and mergers and acquisitions
Upon graduation from the Georgetown University Law Center, Adrienne received the 2017 American Bar Association/Bureau of National Affairs (ABA/BNA) Award for Excellence in Health Care Law. During law school, she served as evening vice president and secretary of the Student Bar Association, and as a staff editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.
