Alanna Anderson

Allie has a general corporate and securities law practice, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, public companies, and venture capital funds. Allie represents her clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and SEC reporting and compliance.

Prior to joining Cooley, Allie worked in business operations at McDermott, Will & Emery and interned in the legal department for a fintech and HR software company. During law school, Allie was a member of the UC Davis Law Review and a board member of the King Hall Negotiations Team. She also served as a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Troy L. Nunley of the Eastern District of California.
