Alex advocates for cutting-edge clients in high-stakes disputes. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, investigations by the US Department of Justice, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and numerous state agencies, as well as appellate litigation. Alex also maintains a robust pro bono practice that is dedicated to defending civil rights and advancing social justice. Previously, he served as a law clerk to Justice Serge Georges Jr. and the late Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants, both of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
