About Alexandria

Alexandria Ashour represents private and publicly held companies in a range of corporate and securities matters, including private financings, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.

Alexandria earned her JD from University of California at Los Angeles School of Law, where she was awarded the Masin Family Academic Gold Award in the Study of Administrative Law. At UCLA, Alexandria served as co-chair of the Program on Understanding Law, Science & Evidence (PULSE) and was a managing editor of the UCLA Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. She also conducted research with professors in the fields of constitutional, administrative and patent law.

While at Pepperdine, Alexandria worked in an Inorganic Chemistry Research laboratory where she studied aluminum centered catalysts for the polymerization of biodegradable plastics.
