
About Alice
Alice practices general corporate and securities law, representing private and public companies in a range of industries, as well as investors and underwriters. Her practice includes entity formation and organization, governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, capital markets transactions, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
While at Harvard Law School, Alice worked as a teaching fellow at the Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society, focusing her pro bono work on privacy issues. She also served on the executive board of the Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project, providing pro bono legal advice to founders. In addition, she worked as a research assistant in the areas of intellectual property and access to justice and volunteered as a pre-law advisor for college students from first-generation and low-income backgrounds.
Prior to her legal career, Alice worked in international affairs and at high-growth legal technology companies in San Francisco.
