Allison Pang

Allison Pang practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and public companies.

While at UC Hastings College of the Law, Allison served as an editor for the Hastings Law Journal. She also served as a judicial extern for Senior District Judge Charles R. Breyer of the Northern District of California. Prior to law school, she worked at a tech start-up in San Francisco.
