About Allison
Allison focuses her practice on complex litigation, assisting clients with a broad range of issues.
Allison received her JD from Stanford Law School, where she was a teaching assistant for federal litigation and was awarded the Gerald Gunther Prize for Outstanding Performance in Civil Procedure. During law school, she participated in the Community Law Clinic, the Afghanistan Legal Education Project and the International Refugee Assistance Project. Before joining Cooley, Allison served as a law clerk to Judge Joel M. Flaum of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Before law school, Allison served as an AmeriCorps member at the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project and worked as an accountant at a Big Four firm.
