Amanda is an associate in Cooley’s antitrust and competition practice. She advises US and global companies on US merger control in all phases of the regulatory review process. She also counsels on antitrust enforcement and compliance issues and has experience in matters before the US Department of Justice and the US Federal Trade Commission. Amanda has worked on proposed and consummated matters across several sectors, including healthcare, life sciences, industrials and financial services.
