Andrew Harline

Andrew represents high-growth tech and life sciences companies and investment funds in their corporate and securities matters, including venture capital and growth equity financings, strategic investments, M&A, and corporate governance. He works with companies at all stages of growth, from formation and fundraising to exit through acquisitions and initial public offerings. Andrew brings a global perspective to his work, having practiced in Cooley’s California, China and Singapore offices, and regularly advises clients across the US, Greater China, Southeast Asia and beyond.

Andrew is ranked as a leading startup and venture capital lawyer by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific.

Before attending law school, he held various positions in the investment and finance industries, including as an equity trader and investment banking analyst.
