About Anna
Anna advises clients on a range of antitrust and competition law matters, most notably in the technology and life sciences sectors, providing strategic and practical advice. She has deep knowledge of global merger investigations and has extensive experience with UK and European Union merger control processes, as well as the coordination of global merger and foreign direct investment (FDI) filings. Before joining Cooley, Anna spent four years at the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), most recently as an assistant director, and was responsible for managing the delivery of Phase 1 and Phase 2 UK merger reviews.
In addition to this experience, Anna has advised on UK and EU competition investigations and worked on judicial review proceedings in front of the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal.
